I recently visited Flavoursome and was really impressed. I had the chicken pho and bao buns — both were exceptional. The flavours were fresh, vibrant, and clearly made with quality ingredients. There was a little wait, but it was absolutely worth it. Delicious food and a great beachside spot — I’ll definitely be back
Came here for lunch with the family (husband and 2 young kids) on a weekday during school holidays. Was pleasantly surprised by a Vietnamese dish on the menu - I ordered the vermicelli bowl with seafood spring rolls and it was quite authentically Vietnamese (being of Viet descent I tend to stay away from Western places that think they can serve Vietnamese street food, I have been fooled and subsequently disappointed before), possibly explained by the Asian chef I saw in the kitchen ;) The kids had generously-sized ham and cheese croissants and hubby has pulled pork nachos, also a generous portion and everyone was happy with their meals. A hidden gem!
Such a beautiful experience. Amazing vegan brekky (I don’t think it was on the menu but they catered for us anyway!) and freshly squeezed orange juice. Coffee was amazing too! Staff are awesome, and it’s right opposite beach. So good, 5*. FYI, it was $87 for x3 big vegan breakfasts and x2 fresh OJs, and $12 for x2 small soy coffees.
Tell us what you ordered and what it cost. Two or three sentences about one dish is more useful to the next person than a star rating.
